4PM - Y6 101:

6PM - Yin & Flow: A practice which combines longer-held passive poses (Yin) to stretch and release; and breath-to-movement sequences (Flow) to build heat and strength. This class is designed to relieve stress, improve mobility and find balance.

7:30PM - Slow Flow: A  gentle, slow-pace Vinyasa-style practice designed to reduce stress through mindful movement. The pace of this class is meditative and emphasizes peace and calm in the mind and body.


2:00PM - Gentle Yoga: An afternoon practice to move energy, stretch & strengthen. This practice is designed to create space through mindful breathing and slow movement, leaving you ready to take on the rest of your day!


7:30PM - Candlelight Restorative Yoga: A mid-week reset! This class is what I like to call "Yogi Naptime". We use (many) props to support passive poses that are designed to allow the parasympathetic nervous system reset and find rest. No stretching. No strengthening. Just rest.


9:30AM - Yoga Basics: Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this is a great class to refine the fundamentals of yoga. The basics covered in this class include: safe alignment in asana, mindful breathing, terminology and meditation.

Move with the masterpieces and honor the masterpiece that you undoubtedly are! This is a 35-minute Mixed Level Vinyasa practiced while the Immersive Van Gogh show is projected on all the floor & walls. Ticket includes a second show (without practice) so you don't miss a thing. Truly a unique experience!

Join in Sangha (community) for gentle 1-hour flows in the beautiful outdoor areas around the SF Bay Peninsula. Practices will vary based on students, time of day and time of year. Connect with yourself, the Earth and your yoga community. Donation-Based classes. Dates & times TBD.
